Improvements

• Handle case where email template was created with incorrect charset.

Bugfixes

• Fix styling of iFrame integration where button was not fully visible in some cases.
• Ensure redirectToPassOnAndroid is returned as bool in describe-template API endpoint.
• Sendout Jobs were stuck in status "Sendout in progress" when created through a bulk processing job.
• Empty change message of back fields was leading to an error in some case.
